Roaming Forum 2009
Over 100 representatives from more than 60 operators travelled all over the world to attend MACH's last Roaming Forum in June 2008 in Amsterdam. With a 95% satisfaction rate coupled with 'speed roaming' sessions and 'Ask the Expert' tables, the event was a great success.

GSMA updates
Infocentre improvements 
Did you know that there is a new application for managing the AA14 documents? This new application can be accessed on the Infocentre - there is also online documentation available to help you in using the new functionality under Help - Roaming - AA.14.

RAEX
Operators who charge reciprocal Mobile Terminating Calls (MTC) will be able to be RAEX compliant by 1st April 2009. They will be able to set a fix rate for operators charging the HMPN reciprocal MTC, or they will be able to use a free text field to explain how they charge MTC.
